Split, Croatia
Split, Croatia is another beautiful city steeped in history. The old town and promenade is gorgeous as are the mazing ferry options to nearby Islands.

Brač is an island in the Adriatic Sea within Croatia and one of the largest islands in Dalmatia. We went there by ferry and then hired some bikes, got lost (my fault) and had a lovely lunch along the Adriatic. Great little day adventure and well worth it!
Dubrovnik, Croatia is one of the most picturesque cities in the world and Croatia is perhaps the most scenic of ocean drives you could ever wish to embark upon. We stayed in a gorgeous old building in the old town. The walk around the city and atop the old walls is fantastic and a ferry…

Lisbon Portugal is a seaside city and one of my favorite places on earth. The city has a gorgeous old town, historical buildings and very friendly people. I have been there a few times now and love the old town and especially traveling to some of the gorgeous beaches there.
Bar Waikiki, Lisbon Portugal is one of those treats you find by luck. Just a short distance from Lisbon, you catch a cute train that runs along many of the beaches here in Lisbon. You can get a lounge for $5 a day and service is excellent. Be warned the water in the beaches of…
Flying into Geneva, Switzerland is one of the best arrivals one can think of with its mountain range kissing the flanks of the aircraft. Geneva is a beautiful city situated on lake Geneva, it is probably one of the most expensive cities in Europe, so a short stay is advised for those on a budget.
