Happy New Year 2015 – My Year in Review. I would like to thank all of the people that made this truly a great year for me. The hundreds of locals, tour guides, fixers, family and friends that helped me on this years journey to 26 countries, from my adopted home in Miami Beach, Florida, USA, back to my home in Australia to Indonesia, Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Maldives, UAE, Georgia, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Iceland, Greenland, Canada and back home again to Miami.
The most important thing I learn from my travels, is that with each visit to each city or country, I become less ignorant to the traditions, values, beliefs and lifestyles of my fellow man. There is so much to celebrate in life, and there is a small world out there to discover. I just hope that 2016 takes me closer again to the world around me. So here is to 2016 and more memorable moments in life!
