After spending the morning taking snaps as the sun rose at The Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, I decided the long ride of over 900 kilometers was to get to El Paso in Texas.

After spending just one night ‘relaxing’ in Galveston in a motel that one can only describe as ‘seedy’ I decided to head to San Antonio where I would spend only one night and taking in a few sights, looking back I should have spent a couple of nights here, it was quite a pretty place.
After spending a few nights relaxing and taking in New Orleans, Louisiana I then headed across the border to Galveston, Texas. This was a really cool ride through wetlands
My third day of riding took me from Laguna Beach, Florida to New Orleans, Louisiana where I was to spend a few nights to get things together and post a few boxes of gear that was no longer necessary back to my home.
My second day of riding took me from Tarpon Springs Florida to laguna beach, Florida and over 346 miles (557 kilometres) and a long 9 hour riding day. Still, the camera was not fixed (I hadn’t had a chance to see footage yet) and still I had a huge load on my bike.
After getting off to a rocky start leaving my wallet at home and only realising this – 30 minutes into the journey, my days 272-mile (472 kilometre) journey began in Miami Beach heading north to Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale.
